NEW GRANT PROGRAM
Introducing Land Capital Grants
TO ACCELERATE THE ACQUISITION OF LAND AND CONSERVATION EASEMENTS
CLCC is excited to announce the launch of a new initiative: the Land Capital Grant (LCG) Program. This program aims to empower land trusts to swiftly secure critical conservation lands by providing financial support for land and conservation easement acquisitions.
Recognizing the urgent need for financial resources within the land conservation community, the LCG Program will offer grants ranging from $50,000 to $500,000. These grants are designed to bridge funding gaps and accelerate the protection of valuable conservation lands.

Highlights from the 41st Annual Conference
We proudly hosted our 41st annual Connecticut Land Conservation Conference at Wesleyan University on Saturday, March 22. The landmark event, Connecticut’s premier gathering for land conservation practitioners, attracted more than 600 attendees from a broad spectrum of the state’s land conservation community, including representatives from land trusts, conservation groups, municipal commissions, state and federal agencies, students, and allies passionate about conserving Connecticut’s natural landscapes.
