Where We Work

The Connecticut Land Conservation Council works with land trusts across the state to develop stronger land conservation practices, ensure long-term stewardship of vital natural resources, and cultivate regional partnerships between organizations. At the state capitol, CLCC advocates for policies that support the long term goals of Connecticut’s Land Conservation Community.

These include policies that support the mitigating the impacts of climate change, protecting watersheds and critical landscapes, provide access for people of all backgrounds, and counter the impacts of environmental racism.
