Attending the Conference

The Connecticut Land Conservation Conference has grown to include people all over the northeastern region. In order to make conference attendance as convenient as possible, we have listed hotel info and parking instructions below.

Inn at Middletown Info

A block of rooms have been set aside at a discounted rate for conference attendees at the Inn at Middletown. The room rate is $215 per night. Call 860-854-6300 to book online and mention the Connecticut Land Conservation Council's conference rate. You may also book online using the code CLCC2023.

Parking Instructions

Carpooling is encouraged! Download the Wesleyan Campus map. Registration will take place at the Usdan Center (45 Wyllys Avenue).

Parking is first come, first serve. Parking is available on:

Vine Street Parking Lot (Lot V) next to tennis courts. Shuttle service from Lot V to the Usdan Center will be available from 7:45am - 10:00am. Return service will be available at the conclusion of the Annual Conference.
Lot A on College Street
Wyllys Avenue E Lots.
