Stewardship Strategies for Climate and Community: Day 1 of 2
October 4 | 9:00 am - 1:30 pm
CT Land Conservation Council (CLCC) in collaboration with the South Central Regional Land Conservation Alliance (SCRLCA), is offering this educational program to discuss building regional climate resilience, stewardship for enhancing water quality, and equitable impacts of conservation. This program centers around guided site visits, and facilitated discussions to encourage knowledge exchange and strengthen partnerships between land trusts in the region.
Over two days, guided tours will take place at four sites, each hosted by local organizations. Every location will focus on distinct topics that align with their specific goals and challenges, all connected to our program themes. This offers a unique chance to interact with experts and regional partners while exploring potential project ideas and future collaborations. Lunch will be provided.
