The Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection is pleased to announce this funding opportunity through the Federal Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) Outdoor Recreation Legacy Partnership (ORLP) Program. ORLP offers a unique opportunity for large-scale acquisition or development of recreational facilities to service distressed communities. Eligible projects can be matched up to 50% with a minimum award of $300,000 and a maximum award of $15,000,000.
