The Connecticut Forest and Park Association (CFPA) is hiring for the 2026 Connecticut Woodlands Conservation Corps (CWCC), an AmeriCorps trail crew. In this role, you’ll serve outdoors on a small team, traveling across Connecticut to maintain and repair hiking trails. The job involves demanding fieldwork, including building and fixing sections of the 825-mile Blue-Blazed Trail System, often in tough weather. Crews camp together for up to 9 days while completing projects and learning hands-on conservation skills.
