Conservation Careers & Job Opportunities

Highstead Foundation in Redding, CT, is seeking a full-time Events and Communications Intern for the Conservation Program, running from September 2 to December 12, 2025. This hybrid role requires one in-office day per week. The intern will play a key role in planning and executing the Regional Conservation Partnership (RCP) Network Gathering conference, set for November 5-6, 2025, as well as supporting other RCP initiatives.

Key responsibilities include assisting with event programming and communications, creating content for e-newsletters and social media, supporting online registration, and preparing event materials. The ideal candidate will have an interest in event planning and conservation, proficiency in Microsoft Suite and social media, and strong communication skills.
