Conservation Information Manager – The Nature Conservancy

This position provides administrative, project management, communications, and other assistance to lands and stewardship staff toward the achievement of organizational goals. They gather, analyze, and manage conservation information and support planning and executing projects and legal responsibilities. These include collecting and analyzing various types of data, tracking team progress, communicating with project managers and conservation partners, producing basic maps using GIS software, generating reports, and assisting with grants and contracts. This position manages and maintains project records, conservation databases and monitoring systems related to legal requirements, internal policies, and land stewardship activities. They assemble and maintain land protection, science, and management information from various sources. This is a 3- year term position, with the possibility to extend contingent on performance and available funding. This position is based out of the New Haven, CT office with a hybrid schedule.
