Roxbury Land Trust seeks a new full-time Executive Director who is passionate about conservation. RLT holds over 3,800 acres of farmland, woodlands, watercourses, wetlands and open space in Roxbury, CT and neighboring communities. The non-profit organization maintains 32 preserves with more than 30 miles of hiking trails and three active farms, as well as offers a wide range of educational programs.

The Executive Director is the public face of the land trust with its all-volunteer board of directors. Responsible for the organization’s daily operations with support from part-time staff and contractors, the director must have excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills.
