Program Assistant Manager – Gather New Haven


The Program Assistant Manager (PAM) is a full-time exempt position (equivalent to 40 hours/week). This position will be responsible for providing administrative, operational, and logistical support to the Farm-Based Wellness Program (FBWP) for approximately 8-9 months out of the year, which includes, but is not limited to participant recruitment, volunteer management, community outreach & engagement, program collaboration, stakeholder management and budget management. The remaining months of the year the FBWP is less active and requires less attention, at that time the PAM will provide the equivalent support to other programs at Gather New Haven (GNH) as needed.
