Healing By Growing Farms is seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager to join our team for a part-time (10 – 20 hours/week) position starting September 2024 and ending February 2025 (or until funding is depleted).

Healing By Growing Farms is dedicated to promoting accessible agriculture and fostering community well-being for brain injury and trauma survivors. We create healing gardens and educational programs that empower individuals of all abilities to connect with nature and experience the joys of growing food while healing in green spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Grant Management: Oversee the grant lifecycle, including research, proposal writing, reporting, and compliance.
• Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, bookkeeping, and financial
  reporting.
• Project Development: Develop and implement new projects and initiatives aligned with our mission.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including scheduling, communication, and data management.
