Anne is a founding member of the SE CT Community Land Trust and of the New London Chapter, and serves on the organizing committee for the SE CT Fund for Land Equity which is the revolving community loan fund. The SE CT Fund for Land Equity is a partnership between the SE CT CLT and Equity Trust which is based in Amherst, MA.

Anne worked with Equity Trust’s founder Chuck Matthei back in 1998. Anne has lived and worked at St. Francis House, New London since 1998 and therefore been involved with their work in a variety of areas including supporting the development of FRESH, New London’s community gardening initiatives and the Francis Fund for SE CT which has supported the affordable housing work of the Homeless Hospitality Center as well as the acquisition of the SE CT CLT’s first house.

Anne also served for eight years as liaison from the board of the Denison Society in Mystic to the Denison Farm Market. Her educational background includes Wellesley College BA and MBA from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
