Beth Bernard
Bernard – Beth Bernard is the Outreach Forester for the CT DEEP Division of Forestry. She has engaged and educated audiences in the forest for over 25 years. After earning a Masters’s Degree in environmental education at Antioch New England Graduate School, Beth worked at several outdoor, environmental, and youth-focused organizations throughout the northeast. This includes her most recent role as Education Director at the Connecticut Forest & Park Association, where she led the team that created the Connecticut Master Woodland Manager program and managed education & outreach programs at the James L. Goodwin Conservation Center. Beth grew up in Portland, Connecticut and now lives in the state’s northeast corner.
