Gail Kalison Reynolds, worked for UConn Extension as Master Gardener and Master Composter Coordinator and field researcher of biological controls. In addition, she retired from a long career in Information Technology. She holds a B.S. in biology from Yale College, a Master of Forest Science degree from Yale School of the Environment, and five information security certifications.

Gail serves as an officer or director for many non-profit organizations, including the Haddam Land Trust, the Lower CT River Land Trust, the Haddam Conservation Commission, the Haddam Inland Wetland Commission, the Haddam Sustainability Committee, the Salmon River Committee, the Lower Connecticut River Gateway Commission, the Connecticut Botanical Society, and the Mountain Laurel Chapter of Wild Ones.
