Joanne Sheehan is the Board President of the Southeastern Connecticut Community Land Trust. Joanne worked with David Bingham of the Salem Land Trust to find a property in Salem. The 200 acre farm was divided between the Salem Land Trust and Southeastern Connecticut Community Land Trust. She is on the Ground Lease Development Team.
