Kathryn Bischoff is a PhD student at the University of Connecticut in the Department of Natural Resources and the Environment. Her dissertation research focuses on developing Conservation Opportunity Areas that incorporate both social and ecological data for the 2025 Connecticut Wildlife Action Plan. She received her MS from the University of Connecticut examining the influence of habitat and the introduced eastern cottontail on New England cottontail populations.
