Kristin Barendregt-Ludwig
Kristin Barendregt-Ludwig is dedicated to a just and healthy future for people and planet. For over 10 years, she has partnered with organizations to foster learning cultures for potent collective action. She co-leads the Connecticut Inner Development Goals (IDGs) Network – focused on deepening transformative skills for sustainable action. As a Harvard-educated socio-environmental leader, facilitator, and artist, her work is grounded in human development and complex systems research. Currently, Kristin is the Associate Director of Programs and Impact at the Yale Program on Social Enterprise, Innovation, and Impact (PSEII) at the Yale School of Management where she also facilitates lab sessions for the Interpersonal and Group Dynamics course. Previously, at the Yale Center for Environmental Justice, she served as Co-Chair of the Equity and Environmental Justice Subcommittee for the Connecticut Governor’s Council on Climate Change. She researches co-creative leadership with the Partnering Lab at Northeastern University and serves on the Board of Gather New Haven and as a member of the West River Watershed Coalition.
