Rebecca Dahl

Planning Analyst
CT Office of Policy and Management

Rebecca Dahl is a Planning Analyst in the Office of Responsible Growth within Connecticut’s Office of Policy and Management (OPM). In this role, she works collaboratively to develop and implement the State Conservation and Development Policies Plan and coordinates state efforts regarding water resources, land use planning and community development. She serves as the State Drought Coordinator and is OPM’s designee on the State Natural Heritage, Open Space and Watershed Land Acquisition Review Board.

Prior to joining OPM in November 2022, Becca worked for CLCC where she coordinated and expanded programming for land trust staff and boards – with a specific focus on equity and inclusion in conservation – and worked on several communications projects. Her background in land conservation began with her first full-time role at the Thousand Islands Land Trust in Northern New York.

Becca is a proud UConn alumna, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in animal science and master’s in public administration. When not at work, you can find Becca rowing/paddling/floating on the Connecticut River, attempting a new craft project, or hiking with her dog & sidekick, Audra.
