Richard Joyce coordinates the Xerces Society for Invertebrate Conservation’s Firefly Atlas project, working with biologists, land owners and the public to better understand and protect fireflies across the country. Prior to joining the Xerces Society, he worked at the Maine Natural Areas Program, The Nature Conservancy in Maine, and Congaree National Park.
