For over 10 years I have worked with professional communities working towards a healthy planet, equitable and participatory decision-making, thriving families and communities, and developing human capacities for collective action. As a Harvard-educated socio-environmental leader, facilitator and educator, I believe that getting curious together to grapple with complex challenges can generate the mindset shifts we need to take shared action.

Our lived experience shapes our values and how we understand the world. By creating the conditions to share that experience, we can expand our understanding of the systems we are working in and make better choices.
Why?
We want and need to create a future we want to live in together. We have a strong knowledge base on adaptive challenges like advancing environmental and social well-being and strong ideas, models, and approaches about what could make an impact. However, significant progress has been slow. The Inner Development Goals (IDGs) lays out a framework for what leaders need to address adaptive challenges – to deepen skills and qualities for inner growth, systems thinking, relational and collaborative skills, and the capacity to bring vision into action.
