Charles Stebbins is a retired JPMorgan Managing Director with over three decades of leadership in international banking, asset management, and high-net-worth client services. A Yale and Wharton graduate, he has since dedicated his expertise and passion to environmental stewardship, particularly native habitat restoration and land conservation across Connecticut. Charles led the transformation of the 75-acre Smith Richardson Wildlife Sanctuary and raised over $1 million for its restoration. He is a major donor and active supporter of numerous conservation organizations, including Aspetuck and Wyndham Land Trusts and CT Audubon. Through his native plant nursery, Three Creeks, Charles has designed and installed thousands of native perennials in both public and private landscapes, earning regional recognition for his contributions to ecological gardening and education.
