Gwen Marrion is a founding member and director of the Bolton Land Trust and served as its president for 20 years. She is currently a member of Bolton Board of Selectmen. Her past service to the Town of Bolton includes serving as chair of the 2021 Bolton Charter Revision Commission, 18 years as chair of the Bolton Inland Wetlands Commission and 14 years as a member and chair of the Bolton Open Space Committee. She is a past member of the CT Greenways Council. In 2021 Gwen was thrilled to receive the CLCC Katchen Coley Award for Excellence in Land Conservation. Gwen is a graduate of Swarthmore College and the University of Connecticut School of Law. She and her husband Tom have lived in Bolton since 1987 and have two sons. In her free time Gwen plays tennis, the French horn, and enjoys hiking.
