This workshop aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of how Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles can be integrated into land conservation efforts. The session will explore the importance of equitable access to natural spaces, the role of land trusts in fostering inclusivity, and strategies to engage underrepresented communities in conservation work. Participants will leave with actionable strategies to enhance DEI within their organizations and conservation projects.
