B.8 Creating Housing and Conserving Land: Bridging Community and Conservation Trusts
What is a Community Land Trust? How does it differ from a Conservation Land Trust and what are the similarities? The Southeastern Connecticut Community Land Trust is working with several conservation land trusts in our region. We’ll share our collaborative endeavors to preserve affordable housing, farmland and open space. We will explore how others can do this depending on their needs and situation.
