Conservation that Addresses Social and Environmental Needs: Expanding our Community Reach
This interactive session will feature representatives from organizations that use their land and environmental mission to address community needs including food, housing, and opportunities for people with disabilities. Facilitators Ashley Stewart and David Sutherland will guide an open discussion on combining and staying on mission while incorporating various human and societal needs into our conservation practice. There will be ample opportunity for small group discussion.
