A.9 Land Trust Law School: The Intersection of Law and Conservation – Private Environmental Enforcement
Attorney Keith Ainsworth will offer a perspective on a 34-year career in conservation law by sharing highlights/take-aways along the way and where land trusts stand today in the post-pandemic world. In addition, we will talk about Private Environmental Enforcement in American Law– what conservation law looks like from the trenches. We will split our time between a presentation and an interactive conversation about what concerns attendees from their corners of Connecticut.
