Explore best practices, case studies, and key considerations to help your land trust make informed decisions about acquiring, managing, or repurposing buildings in support of your mission.

Buildings, Offices, and HQs – Considerations for Land Trusts (2022 Webinar)

Land trusts are often interested in acquiring buildings for office space or other programmatic use. Other land trusts have accepted a building as a donation, or are considering ground-up construction. In 2022, CLCC hosted a webinar to hear from land trusts who have navigated these processes. Watch the recording to hear about lessons learned, opportunities created, and words of warning when considering your own building project.
