Attention Member Land Trusts and Municipal Commission Affiliates!
If you are an employee or board member of a CLCC member land trust, please reach out to your primary contact for registration details as outlined in the land trust's membership benefits.
If your municipal commission is a part of the CLCC Municipal Commission Affiliate Program, please reach out to your primary contact for registration details as outlined in the affiliation benefits.
Refund Policy
There is a $50 administrative fee for full cancellations. Registrations can be transferred to another person without charge. All refund requests must be requested, in writing, by March 13, 2026. Refunds will not be considered after this date. Non-refunded registrations for the conference will not be credited toward any other service, product from, or contribution to CLCC. CLCC will process refunds within one month, in the same manner as you submitted payment. If you have questions, contact Cristina at conference@ctconservation.org.
Registration Rates
Early Bird Registration (on or before February 27):
- CLCC land trust members and municipal affiliates: $80*
- General admission: $110
- Students: $25
General Registration
- CLCC land trust members and municipal affiliates: $95*
- General admission: $125
- Students: $40

Registration Scholarships are Available
If you are interested in a conference scholarship, contact CLCC at conference@ctconservation.org.
Photography and Recording Note
Portions of the Connecticut Land Conservation Conference will be photographed and recorded. Your registration indicates consent to have any images or footage featuring you at the conference to be used for CLCC related materials and outreach. Should images or footage appear in marketing materials that you don’t wish to be featured in, you must notify CLCC in writing, and we will cease to further use your image or footage for any new materials going forward.
