- List of CT Conservation Laws: This guide provides an overview of essential state conservation laws that impact land trusts in Connecticut, from easement enforcement to tax benefits. A must-have resource for ensuring compliance and strengthening land protection efforts.
- Connecticut Encroachment Statute: Sec. 52-560a of the Connecticut General Statute discusses damages for encroachment on state, municipal or nonprofit land conservation organization open space land.
- Sample Letter – Responding to Neighbor Concerns About Trees: This template helps land trusts communicate with neighbors about concerns over potentially dangerous trees while clarifying Connecticut tree laws and landowner responsibilities.
