Connecticut Land Conservation Conference

This is the Ninth installment of Land Trust Law School where Keith Ainsworth will discuss environmental law as it relates to land conservation including recent legal cases that shape the legal landscape. As usual there will be time for questions and answers to the vexing issues that are on the minds of land trusts, land holders and anyone who hopes to hold people accountable for the impacts they cause to natural resources.
