Today, as many land trust boards contemplate succession plans and organizational sustainability, they do so against a backdrop of climate change, racial injustice, and a global call to action to conserve the earth’s natural resources before it’s too late. With these and other issues around land and water continuing to evolve, so too must Connecticut’s land trusts — which is exciting and also challenging.

Join us for a series of interactive conversations designed for land trusts of all sizes, offering you insights and strategies on how land trusts in Connecticut and beyond are maneuvering through a changing world and reflecting on what it means to be a land trust now.

2021 Diana Atwood Johnson OSWA Photo Contest

Submission Deadline | June 1, 2021

Named for long-time conservation activist, Diana Atwood Johnson, the contest is intended to provide a venue for amateur photographers to celebrate the CT Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (CT DEEP) Open Space and Watershed Land Acquisition Grant Program (OSWA), display their work, and provide CLCC and CT DEEP with new materials for our publications and communications.
