Opportunities for our volunteers include providing tech assistance, directing attendees to their workshops, assisting with registration, helping with setup and cleanup, and more.

Two shifts are available:

• Morning (7:45am-12:45pm)
• Afternoon (12:00pm-5:00pm)

Time commitment is flexible. If you are interested in volunteering but can't commit to the shifts available, let us know. We can work with your schedule and availability.

Volunteer Benefits include:

• CLCC t-shirt
• Access to preferred workshop* on the day of the conference. Volunteers will provide assistance to presenters by passing out handouts, making announcements, etc.
• Lunch to be provided the day of the conference

*Workshop attendance is dependent on total number of volunteers available and presenter needs
