2024 Winter Summit on Land Use in Connecticut: Connecting Grasstops to Grassroots
January 19 | 9:30 am - 3:30 pm
DUE TO WEATHER FORECAST THE PROGRAM WILL BEGIN AT 9:30am. PLEASE DRIVE SAFELY AND ARRIVE WHEN YOU CAN. CARPOOL IF POSSIBLE.
Doors open at 8:30am. Agenda times will be flexible. Closing by 3:30pm at the latest.
Directions: The Summit will be held at The Lyceum, located at 227 Lawrence Street, Hartford, CT 06106.
Where to Park: Please park in the large parking lot to the right of Lyceum. As you drive down Lawrence Street (one way) the parking lot will be on your right, immediately before the Lyceum, which will also be on your right.
Overflow parking: A separate lot on Russ Street will be open for more parking. Continue past Lawrence Street taking a right. There will be signs toward the overflow lot on the right.
Additional street parking where available.
Where to Go: When you arrive at the Lyceum, enter through the front doors. Someone will be at the front desk to greet you and show you how to get to the third floor, where the Summit will be held.
Food: Coffee, tea, and light refreshments will be available in the morning and afternoon. Lunch will be provided to all registered participants, including veggie, vegan, and gluten-free options.

The 2024 CLCC Winter Summit presents a unique stage for state, regional, and local leaders to look at land use more holistically across agencies and sectors. Panelists will discuss ideas and insights about planning and funding programs that can be coordinated to incentivize collaborative opportunities for land conservation, affordable housing, and farmland access across Connecticut communities.
