Tinicum Conservancy (TC) is an accredited land trust in beautiful Bucks County, PA, with a mssion to protect the area’s rural character and natural resources through community-based land conservation. TC has conserved 5,200 acres through a partnership with dedicated volunteers, conservation-minded landowners, generous donors, and four professional staff. TC is seeking an experienced, dynamic and ambitious conservation leader who can work effectively with the Board of Trustees, staff and volunteers to grow the organization. The ED must be a strong communicator, fundraiser, administrator, and manager. Salary and benefits are in line with the successful candidate’s level of experience and skills.
