The Children’s Museum Group seeks to fill a full-time position of Roaring Brook Nature Center co-director. They will work alongside the current director and under the direction of The Children’s Museum management. The current director is stepping back their time and the incoming co-director will take on managing staff, programs, facility, land management and related administrative functions, supporting the strategic framework and mission of The Children’s Museum and nature center. The co-director must work with museum staff to build a strong bridge between the museum group’s multiple locations. The current director is expected to fully step down in several years, allowing the co-director to expand their role and responsibilities.

Salary range: $55,000 to $65,000 dependent on experience and demonstrated successes.
