The New Roxbury Land Trust Inc., is a local 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization operating in northeastern Connecticut. It was created in 1999 to preserve open space, protect agricultural lands, forests, natural resources and wildlife habitats; and encourage the use of conservation easements and rights of way in the towns of Woodstock, Eastford, Pomfret, Putnam, Thompson and Union. The Trust is staffed entirely by volunteers.
