Bridging Divides with the Inner Development Goals
Do you need to bridge across differences to expand your organization’s impact? More and more, land trusts are choosing to navigate the complexity of accessible land use, local sustainable food systems, and community-led conservation along with their traditional (and also complex) work to conserve land and ecosystems. What capacities do conservation leaders need to bridge divides while navigating uncertain times? The IDGs offer a science-backed framework of inner and interpersonal skills to guide effective collective action on social and environmental challenges. Hosted by the IDG-CT Possibilities Network, this interactive workshop will introduce the IDG domains and skills and offer an experience of one impactful and ready-to-use approach.
