Participants will gain an understanding of key issues in organizational risk management and sustainability, learn strategies for best practice continuity, and receive operational guidance, including template use. The session aims to equip attendees with knowledge and tools for addressing specific concerns and planning future organizational steps, ensuring the effective safeguarding of their mission.
