The Feasibility Question – Is Our Campaign Feasible?

Intro Level, Intermediate Level, Advanced Level

Launching a major campaign requires clarity about capacity, timing, and internal alignment. This workshop will introduce three quick feasibility tests that can help gauge readiness, alongside a discussion of more formal feasibility studies and when they are most appropriate. Participants will learn how feasibility assessment fits into basic campaign planning and how to use the results to shape scope, timing, and strategy. Through practical examples, we’ll explore how to avoid common pitfalls and make informed decisions.
