In light of the cancellation of their annual Earth Day “Clean Sweep” , Shelton Land Conservation Trust (SLCT) is encouraging residents to initiate their own socially distant cleanups as a way to continue Earth Day 50 celebrations. As SLCT’s president Joe Welsh says, ” While this can be viewed as quite a setback, many folks agree: let us find ways to celebrate Earth Day every day…”
