Cam Weimar

Cam Weimar has directed the Connecticut Farmland Preservation Program over the past 10 years, where the number of farms preserved has increased from 290 to 440 today. Several of these farms are owned and managed by land trusts! The program will soon celebrate reaching 50,000 acres preserved- almost 15% of all the state’s farmland. Cam was the original projects director for the Connecticut Farmland Trust 20 years ago and currently serves on the Kestrel Land Trust Board of Directors.
