Carissa Decelles

Carissa Decelles is Miranda Creative’s lead Art Director and Brand Developer. She is the creative mind behind several widely known brands including CT Paid Leave, Parkville Market, and Connecticut Art Trail. Carissa’s work has been recognized both locally and nationally, and she has received more than 55+ awards from various organizations including Connecticut Magazine’s 40 under 40 in 2020. As President of the Connecticut Art Directors Club and through her membership in various non-profit boards relating to disability advocacy and inclusion, she continues to elevate the importance of accessibility and representation in the creative industry and the Connecticut workforce as a whole. She also has a passion for representing accessibility needs for outdoor spaces like the first fully accessible playground in Connecticut (Johnathan’s Dream), and accessible paths in Avelonia Land Conservancy.
