Leo Smith

Leo Smith is the Northeast Regional Director for DarkSky International and the Chair of the Connecticut Chapter. He served for 7 years as a member of the Model Outdoor Lighting Ordinance Task Force, responsible for developing the recommended practices for outdoor lighting. He served 12 years as a voting member of the Illuminating Engineering Society Roadway Lighting Committee. He is a recipient of the IES President’s Award and the DarkSky Lifetime Achievement Award.
