Who doesn’t love a snack? As part of the organization’s series of community-based programs, Bolton Land Trust hosted a demonstration and talk entitled, “Plant-based Snacks on the Go”.

Led by BLT Board member and certified Culinary Nutritionist, Deb Livingston, kids and adults alike learned about the benefits of ingredients, helped to prepare the snacks, and left with recipes to try out themselves.

The best part? Taste testing Roasted Chickpeas, Strawberry Chia Pudding and Chocolate Nut and Seed Energy Balls. Delish!…
