Building Your Roadmap: Considerations for Strategic Planning

Room: Boger 110
Intermediate Level

In our work with our clients, strategic planning is a process and a learning experience, not just a document. As the context for the work of nonprofits continues to shift, organizations can consider a range of approaches to share power with community members in the planning process and to increase transparency and participation in the learning, reflection, and choice-making. This workshop will explore key considerations that have emerged in recent years that nonprofit leaders, including board members and staff, can lean into when thinking about their next strategic planning effort.
