Strengthening Your Land Trust Board of Directors
This engaging, interactive workshop will encourage board members to reflect on how their board is currently operating and provide opportunities for reflection and considerations for improving the board experience. The workshop will include tips for board member recruitment and engagement and explore the partnership between nonprofit staff and the board. Participants will leave with inspiration and practical guidance to improve their Board dynamic.
