When: Saturday, March 25, 2023. The registration table will open at 8:00am, and the program will begin at 9:00am. The last session ends at 5:00pm, followed by a post-conference reception.
Building/Room: The main conference building is located at the Wesleyan University, Usdan Center (45 Wyllys Avenue, Middletown). This is where the registration tables will be located, as well as the primary hub to grab boxed lunches.
The Usdan Center is building #66.
Parking: Parking is first come, first serve, and available on:
- Wyllys Avenue E Lots
- Lot A on College Street
- Vine Street Parking Lot (Lot V) next to tennis courts. Shuttle service from Lot V to the Usdan Center will be available from 7:30am – 9:30am. Return service will be available at the conclusion of the Annual Conference.
Food: Coffee, tea, and light refreshments will be available in the morning and afternoon. Lunch will be provided to all registered participants, including vegan, and gluten-free options.
