This regional gathering for land trusts in the greater Waterbury and Naugatuck area will give participants a chance to connect with their neighboring land trusts. Through facilitated discussion, we will identify shared conservation challenges and opportunities facing the region and the land trusts that work there. Further discussion will explore opportunities for collaboration, regional partnership, and a landscape-scale vision for land conservation.

Land trusts located in the following municipalities are invited to attend: Beacon Falls, Bethany, Bristol, Cheshire, Waterbury, Middlebury, Naugatuck, Oxford, Plymouth, Prospect, Southington, Thomaston, Watertown, and Wolcott. Program Details

Location: This meeting will be offered in a hybrid format. In-person attendance is strongly encouraged and will take place at Waterbury City Hall in the Veterans Memorial Hall – 235 Grand St. Waterbury, CT 06702. Online attendance will be via Zoom, and connected to our in-person audience using a Meeting Owl.
