With standing room only and the crowd spilling into the hallways, Windsor residents declared their support for preserving 95 acres of open space on Pigeon Hill Road.

A partnership effort with support from the Trust for Public Land, the Windsor Conservation Commission, the Windsor Land Trust, and a DEEP OSWA grant (funded through the Community Investment Act), the parcel will be used for passive open space for walking, hiking, cross-country skiing, and enjoyment of pastoral surroundings.
